By accessing ringofspies.com or contributing to Washington's Ring of Spies — A Musical Revolution (the "Production"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make a contribution.
Washington's Ring of Spies is an original musical production produced in fiscal partnership with Washington Policy Institute, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All artwork, music, book, lyrics, and branding are the intellectual property of the producing team and may not be reproduced without permission.
Donations, sponsorships, and partnership contributions are made to Washington Policy Institute, acting as fiscal sponsor, and are restricted for use on the Production. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by U.S. law. A written acknowledgment will be emailed upon receipt of your contribution.
Tickets are sold subject to availability. All ticket sales are subject to our Refund Policy. The producers reserve the right to substitute artists, alter the program, or reschedule performances when circumstances require.
Sponsorship tier benefits (program recognition, tickets, invitations to rehearsals, receptions, etc.) are delivered on a reasonable-efforts basis. Specific benefits, quantities, and dates will be confirmed in a separate sponsorship agreement or email confirmation following your contribution.
All content on this site — text, images, audio, video, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to the Production. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
The Production, Washington Policy Institute, and their affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your attendance at the Production, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
