How refunds are handled for contributions and ticket purchases.
Last updated: April 20, 2026
Charitable contributions made to Washington's Ring of Spies via our fiscal sponsor, Washington Policy Institute (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit), are generally non-refundable. If a contribution was made in error, by duplicate submission, or in an incorrect amount, please email donors@ringofspies.com within 14 days of the transaction and we will review your request in good faith.
If you were charged more than once for the same contribution, or in an amount other than what you authorized, we will issue a full refund of the erroneous amount once verified. Please contact us with the date, amount, and the last four digits of the card used.
Ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated at the time of purchase. If a performance is cancelled by the producers and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be refunded the full face value of the ticket to the original payment method.
If a performance is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be honored for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, please contact us within 14 days of the announcement to request a refund.
If any sponsorship benefit cannot be delivered as described, we will work with you in good faith to provide a comparable benefit or, if that is not possible, a proportional refund of the affected portion of your contribution.
All refund requests should be sent to donors@ringofspies.com and include: (a) the name on the transaction, (b) the transaction date, (c) the amount, and (d) the reason for the request. We will respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Questions about this policy should be directed to donors@ringofspies.com.
