How we protect information shared with us.
Last updated: April 20, 2026
When you contribute to, sponsor, or purchase tickets for Washington's Ring of Spies, we collect: (a) contact details you provide (name, email, mailing address, phone); (b) payment details required to process your transaction (handled by our payment processor — we do not store card numbers on our servers); (c) technical data about your visit (IP address, browser, referring page) collected automatically for security and analytics.
We use the information you provide to process your contribution or ticket purchase, send you confirmations and tax-receipts, notify you about the production you supported, and, if you opt in, send occasional updates about the performance. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Card payments are processed by Square, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Card data is tokenized in your browser and transmitted directly to Square. We never see or store your full card number.
Washington's Ring of Spies is produced in partnership with Washington Policy Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your contribution records, including name and amount, are retained for tax and reporting purposes as required by law.
You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing donors@ringofspies.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Questions about this policy should be directed to donors@ringofspies.com.
